HOW TO VOLUNTEER

We are seeking volunteers from Worcester County, MD and Northern Accomack County, VA to be trained as GTDO Monitors. You must be at least 16 years old to participate as a GTDO volunteer monitor. However, authorization from a parent or guardian is required for any volunteer who is under the age of 18 years old.

To volunteer, all you need to do is:

1. Sign up for a Volunteer Training Workshop

2. Successfully complete the training, and

3. Complete the Volunteer Liability Waiver form

While participation in a Volunteer Training Workshop is required, you can get a preview of the GTDO project by viewing the Training Toolkit which consists of a Training Presentation Slideshow, the Best Management Practices Slideshow, and the Training Manual.
